The necklaces

Oi pessoas!


Voltando ao mundo virtual, achei aqui um poema que escrevi, acho lindo. Postei antes ele, só que depois apaguei.
Mas é tão profundo para mim, tão bonito, merece ser compartilhado. 


Vejamos:

“Give all your body and your soul” 
("Dê todo o seu corpo e a sua alma")

As the book said. 

(Como os livros dizem) 
Like this, the poets talk about love 

(Assim, os poetas falam sobre o amor) 
But to share the body and the spirit, is it possible? 

(Mas dividir o corpo e o espírito, é possível?) 
I gave more skin to one who desired it, and my skin for you I burned. 

(Dei mais pele para aquele a quem desejei, e minha pele por vc queimei) 
Beneath your skin I smelled the taste of your sweat, and I was enchanted. 

(Sobre sua pele senti  o gosto do seu suor, e me encantei) 
To someone else I gently offered my soul 

(Para outro alguém gentilmente ofereci minha alma) 
Imprisoning me in a synchrony, 

(apriosinando-me em uma sincronia) 
in the synchronicity of our thoughts 

(numa sincronia de pensamentos) 
and in the infinities that are only ours 

(e nas afinidades tão nossas) 
and only what we understand about them. 

(que apenas nós entendemos) 
But the woman who gives your body is a sinner 

(mas aquela que dá o seu corpo é uma pecadora) 
And the soul can’t ask for anymore 

(e alma não pode mais pedir) 
And the body can’t touch anymore. 

(e o corpo não pode mais tocar) 
Without a body and a soul, 

(Sem corpo e sem alma) 
In a dilemma that I can't explain. 

(numa dilema pouco explicável) 
The two boys are far. 

(ambos estão longe) 
I need to leave them both behind. 

(Preciso esquecer os dois).
